Meagan's Story
Meagan is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Deeply client-focused, she tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

Having worked in various settings, including schools and private practice, Meagan draws on a range of evidence-based interventions - including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) - to create personalised, flexible treatment plans. This allows her to adapt to each person's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Meagan places great emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, understanding, and empathy, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviour. She has experience working with trauma and its impact on individuals and families. Her expertise allows her to provide sensitive, effective care, supporting clients through the healing process with care and compassion.

Having established a successful group practice in Sydney’s St George area, Meagan founded Paisley Psychology to be closer to home, allowing her to balance her professional passion with time spent with her young family.​

Meagan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor. Meagan is currently undertaking a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical) to further her knowledge and expertise. Meagan is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA), and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing development in the field.
